Eyes are one of the most important sensory organs in human body. Eyes enables us to see. It detects the light rays and converts them into different pictures. If are vision is not clear or is there some problem in our eyes then our brain will also cannot intercept many messages clearly.
Eyes helps us to see signals, objects, other humans, trees, etc. Without proper vision we can't enjoy our life at it's full.
There are many reasons which causes problem in vision like using too much mobile, tv, laptops, etc. without any break, environmental conditions like dust, UV rays, Ageing, etc.
Here are some exercises to Improve Your Vision.
*Eye exercises alone cannot dramatically improve your eyesight. But can help you to maintain a healthy vision and can reduce eye strain and can also improve focus.
Eye Exercises to Improve Vision
1.Eye Rolling
Slowly roll your eyes in clockwise and then in anticlockwise direction. Repeat the same procedure for few minutes.
It will help you to stretch your eyes muscles.
2. 20-20-20 Rule
This method is very useful if you spend most of time in using screens. In this in every 20 minutes take a 20 seconds break and try to focus on something which is almost 20 feet away.
It helps to reduce eye strain caused due to using mobile, Laptops, T.V, etc.
3.Palming
It is one of the easiest exercises and can be practiced anywhere. Rub your hand together to generate heat. When your hand become warm place them on your eyes without applying any pressure to them. Relax and take deep breath for few minutes.
This will help you to relax eye muscles.
4.Figure 8
Imagine a figure 8 about 10 feet in front of your eyes. Trace it with your eyes slowly in one direction and then in another direction.
This will help to improve flexibility of your eyes muscles.
5.Focus shifting
Hold a pencil in your hand about 10 inches away from your eyes. Focus on the pencil and then slowly shift your focus on another object about 20 feet away. Repeat the same process for few minutes.
This will increase the focusing ability of your eyes.
