Foods to increase Hemoglobin
Hemoglobin is a very important component of our blood. Hemoglobin is a protein which contains iron. It helps in transporting oxygen in red blood cells.A healthy human has 12 to 20 grams of hemoglobin in per 100mL of blood.
Problems due to Low Hemoglobin
When your hemoglobin is low, it means your body is not getting proper oxygen. Which makes you feel weak and tired. It can also cause several problems like:-
