- Method to do: Initially, assume a standing posture. Breathe in, lift your arms, and then release the breath as you bend forward to touch your toes. Return to standing after performing the plank, cobra, and downward dog postures.
2. Warrior Pose (Virabdarasna )
- This pose enhances balance and focus while strengthening the lower back, arms, and legs.
- Method to do: Spread your legs wide while you stand. Bend your right knee and turn your right foot out. Lift your arms so they are parallel to the ground and turn to face your right hand. Hold for a moment, then swap sides.
3. Triangle Pose (Trikonasana)
- This pose decreases thigh and waist fat and enhances digestion.
- Method to do it: Spread your legs wide while you stand. Extend your arms parallel to the floor and turn your right foot out. Swing your left arm up toward the ceiling while bending to the right and putting your right hand close to your right foot. Hold, then alternate sides.
4. Downward Facing Dog (Adho Mukha Svanasana)
- In addition to stretching the hamstrings and calves, this pose strengthens and tones the arms and legs.
- Method to do: Begin by getting down on your hands and knees. Keeping your hands and feet on the floor, raise your hips to create an inverted V position. Take a big breath and hold it.
5. Bow Pose (Dhanurasana)
- This pose facilitates better digestion and burns belly fat.
- Method to do: Lie down on your stomach. Hold your ankles with your hands while bending your knees. Taking a deep breath, raise your legs and chest off the ground, bringing your ankles closer to your back. Take a big breath and hold it.
6. Bridge Pose (Setu Bandhasana)
- This stance helps with digestion, lowers belly fat, and strengthens the back muscles.
- Method to do: Lay flat on your back with your feet flat on the ground and your knees bent. Maintaining your feet and shoulders firmly planted, raise your hips toward the ceiling. Take a big breath and hold it.
